Refund policy

IDENTCO Return Policy
 
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a product return under the following conditions:

1. A restocking fee of $40 will apply to all returns.
2. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Valid quality-related returns will not incur restocking or shipping charges.
4. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Quality-related returns may be initiated within 90 days of receipt.
5. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be provided by our customer service team before shipping the item back.
6. Full refunds are conditional upon acceptable return conditions, including that items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
7. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
