Processing & Handling

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Order confirmation will be sent
  • Processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to high order volumes.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and delivery location. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Printers are $60 per printer Shipped.

 Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Restrictions

  •  We currently ship within the United States
  •  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  •   Some items may be restricted based on local regulations.

  

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • IDENTCO  is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
  • If you believe your package was stolen, please file a report with your local authorities.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery at salessupport@identco.com. Please provide photos and order details to help us resolve the issue quickly.
